What is eWear’s payment method?
We accept cash-on-delivery (COD) for all orders. You will pay for your denim jeans in cash when they are delivered to your address.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our shop, select your desired denim jeans, choose the size and color, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm your order.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
What is the delivery time for my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number on our website or with our delivery partner to check the status of your shipment.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@ewear.pk or call +92 321 6647774. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no extra cost.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, you can return unworn, unwashed denim jeans within 14 days of receipt. Please follow our Returns Policy for instructions on how to return or exchange items.
What if I’m not home when the delivery is attempted?
If you’re not available during the delivery attempt, our delivery partner will try to contact you to reschedule. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide alternative delivery instructions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer delivery within Pakistan. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
